Resource donating for alliance and soldier queue

Could you make a feature where alliance members can donate resources amongst the alliance like we do soldiers...and also a soldier queue so we can have troops being built up as we attack or donate so wait times are lessened.

Nah it would cause people to go.up too fast ruining the balance of the game I think if this were to happen and I'm sure that's why they don't do it

Then create a cheater account and normal account and start to transfer all the dirty resource to the legit account. This is will be a nice feature for cheater thanks for the idea..
