Ran into this particular player just after Xmas and continued to report to customer service once a week for the last 3 months. At first I got frustrated than it just becomes laughable for some reason because they keep giving the same auto response though with every report I add on more and more screen shots. Please check the player out as the alliance is only one that shows up when you search. The other thing is that every single forest has been cleared as of today. Every single forest has been cleared! Well the upgrading has slowed for the moment until they move into CWA. It's just hilarious that they say they require concrete proof and if it's obvious they they will act? I didn't want to upgrade every single ss I sent to cs.
