retrain button still does not apply to 'event' building troops

iirc it was part of the hotfix to make the 'retrain' button apply to event troops ....
but it fails to 'retrain' a fallen retirius gladitator. sadface! i had my expectations raised that this would work!
i bet that the shieldmaiden buff is broken too. okay that was unhelpful sarcasm; it didn't even make me feel better.

It also occasionally will not train regular troops up to the extra +5 space. Sometimes 5 riflemen are missing in retrain, for example.
