Retrain Button

It would be nice if the retrain button trains the troops according to duration so all the barracks finish training at the same time

Yes! And this seems like a simple fix on Nexon's behalf. I get tired of having to rearrange the training because the game thinks it's best to train 3 cannons at one barracks while training 10 ranged infantry at another.
