Our alliance wars for fun. We are all adults with jobs and kids and other distractions. We miss a few attacks and some of our members don't practise enough to be 100% reliable, but we generally do well enough. Except against Russian alliances. Dear Lord, do these people get paid to play? They ruthlessly and efficiently perfect score us. Their base designs have hours of thought put into them. They are obviously coordinating attacks in real time.

I don't really have a question other than why are they so good?

Maybe its just coordination. My alliance has a WhatsApp group to give the objectives during wars, ask for specific donations, etc and we usually do quite good :) we have members who have been playing since the very beggining of the game, and they gve advice on the newbies and warn when our designs have a bad place, to make the work for the enemy as hard as possible.

Well, it is not strange for a leader board alliance.

When we facing alliances not in leader board, we can normally perfect scored in 2 hours.

Our alliance have fought quite a few wars against Russian alliances but sometimes we defeat them and sometimes we lose. Ours is a level 7 alliance with about 15K glory.

Thanks for sharing your experience Hansi ! My alliance hovers arounf 20k glory. We fight large 40v40 wars. Maybe that makes a difference.

I doubt war size has anything to do with it.

Such close co-ordination is possible if an alliance uses an external app for communication.

Many alliances are also strict about bringing in both attacks if someone is included in a war, and strictly enforce them.
These practices can lead to alliances running wars without missing any attacks.

Also, they might be working on a detailed war strategy (or plan of attack), with custom target assignments for each person. Over time, those planning the war learn about the strengths and weaknesses of allies, and identify targets that each ally can 5 star, and play to each person's strengths. It's a constant re-calibration with every war, based on how the attacks turn out.

And, once these practices become well-oiled, it doesn't take a lot of time or effort per war.
These can lead to the outcomes that you described - not missing attacks, and perfect scoring.

Hope this helps.
Cheers and happy gaming! :)

External apps to communicate and have a good coordination is common in most alliances with a minimum level. For example I'm in a french alliance around 21k glory and we use the line application to do our battle plan. And of course every participant has to do his both attacks or he will be kicked, and these attacks has to be done with all the army, mercenaries, planes, generals, coalitions etc. That simply how good allies work ;)

Yep, I can say that the alliances that work together and coordinate (share info/etc) typically do better. Skilled vs. Unskilled so to speak.

Its a combination of coordinated strategy, engineering your bases for war (exploiting matchmaking weaknesses) and leveraging pay to win with troop cards.
