Serious bug in BIG HUGE LOOT event

When i hired my 20th merc army the event counter reset... Lost all progress and also the reward i should have gotten at 8/8...

what kind of sillyness is this?

I want my progress back!

Event reset has happened to some on the past, but seems more widespread with this one

Good news, people! I just got a message in my in-game inbox about how they are going to fix the game not remembering XP you've earned!

No news about THIS, though.

I saw the message about resetting the event. I appreciate the first stages are easier. I had several unclaimed rewards. Are the unclaimed rewards that disappeared going to be honored?

The event is back, step 1, 2 and 3 require 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Step 4 is still 55 and step 5 is 80. Total crap, I still lost the progress I've made so far, what about all the trade goods I've spent already? Nexon owes me close to 1000 crowns so I can be back where I was. Or lower the steps 4 and 5.

Yeah, changing steps 1-3 to lower numbers helps, but when the final total is still the same, it didn't really un-screw us at all.

I have no trade goods and 1 worker available. Before the event started, at least I had 2 days to raid and get ready. Now I'm left hanging.

We experienced an issue with Big Huge Loot that in order to fix, the progress had to be reset. I'm very sorry that Nb4powerup and I couldn't communicate sooner, but our focus was getting players back into the event as quickly as possible. The team has made it easier for you to now complete several of the initial stages of the event to make up for the lost progress. We've also taken additional steps to make sure that this does not happen again.

We have also extended the event an extra day in order to make up for the lost time:
BHL ends: 8/11 14:00 UTC
Claim period ends: 8/13 14:00 UTC

Just hire 80 mercs, claim the loot, close game and reopen, event is reset, rinse and repeat for truly HUGE LOOT! LOL

It's not good enough, see my reasons above. Without workers I have no chance to complete it. I don't care about initial steps, end goal is what matters. I've lost about 30% of the progress, but I was going fully loaded into this event. Do I need to add I've also spent crowns on trade goods, and I've used all trade goods shipments I had in inventory, which I paid real money for. So literally I got robbed.

The final goal should have been decreased by at least 20. Still not fair.

Agreed. This is bogus. All stages should have been reduced. I'm done playing this one.
