Server crash equals no crowns

Now that the servers are back up I have gone from 1k+ crowns to - 25k and can't purchase anything I'm game. I've just about had it. I'll be contacting Google.

This, 100% this. But I went from 8-9K to -35000. I made a longer post about this, but when I tried to attach a screenshot the uploader had an error and I lost the entire post. Seriously, even the forum doesn't work.

Honestly, what about this game does work? Not the attacks, not the defenses, not the in-game economy, not the prevention of cheating, not the servers, not the forums and now not even the real money purchase system. What are these guys doing? If nothing works, maybe it is time to admit it and not accept people's money until you can be sure that you can actually deliver something in return. I would go as far as to say when you have problems like this it is semi-shady to not make a caveat with every single purchase (we appreciate your purchase but you might not be able to actually use it).

I filed a support ticket, of course, but by the time it is resolved I won't have time to play like I do on the weekend. I would upload an image, but I know from experience that the image uploader will crash and I will lose my entire post. So I guess you will just have to imagine that you had in game currency purchased with real money and then you don't.
