Server disconnecting during battle, lost all my troops and loot

As the title says. Just came here to say that I just lost ALL my troops and ALL THE LOOT gained during a battle because the server simply kicked me off the game.

In Clash of Clans, when you are dropped off the game in a situation like this, the battle still goes on remotely, as the units follow their AI the way they supposed to be, and you can come back and see the results in the battle reports. DomiNations just said to me "oh, rough luck, mate".

If you are going to grab someone's else concept, at least do that right, please.

These bugs are a middle finger to the player, and kicks the game experience in the nuts.

I have two comments to make.

1. Same thing, I thought it started after I shut off my data connection because I was close to my limit. May be totally unrelated by if any of you are also running only on Wi-Fi and your data is shut off you might want to reply so that the dev team has this additional info to go by.

2. To the OP and anyone else reporting bugs. You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar. You come on here throwing rocks at the devs wanting them to fix something and you better hope that they are wise enough that their desire to fix it in a timely manner is based on the rest of us users who aren't acting like spoiled brats such as yourself. As someone who supports custom software I can tell you that if you put in a ticket to me to fix something for you with that tone I'm going to take the rest of the day off, maybe it will still be at the top of my list when I get back this Monday.

To the devs, thanks for your hard work in this matter. I'm sure with all you have going on that you are working on a solution to this matter.

Hey, same here. Super annoying bug, happens only in the middle of battles. Not sure if related to server maintenance or iOS update I experienced the disconnection issue before the maintenance but also after upgrading my iphone 6 to the latest release.

I am having trouble with your game. I am getting this error (below ) every 2 to 10 minutes then the game reloads. I cannot get anything accomplished in the game and frequently I lose battles and all my troops because of the resets. I have tried four different networks and I am getting the error on my iPad 2 and my Galaxy Note 2. I recently paid for the startup pack but now it does not seem worth it. Please help me fix the problem or I will have to contact Apple for a refund.

Hey fellow, how about following your own advice and instead of trying to nullify the way me and other persons are poiting out the mistakes, read the rest of the thread to see that although I was accid on the OP, across the conversation I and other fellows made more compliments ("damn good game" and "you can dethrone CoC" are not compliments?) than bashing to the point that it would justify a tech guy laying the ticket off for the weekend.

Don't be quick pointing fingers, mate. Peace out.

Hey all! Thanks for all your help identifying this. The game team is currently looking into it and working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Looks like we called enough attention for the matter, buddies. Let's hope that this annoyance stops ASAP. Let's keep watching to see if a resolution would come fast.

David, don't try to justify your childish behavior. Act like an adult, try to understand how software works, post your complaint in a polite manner and move on. There is not need in trash talking then complimenting anyone as if your compliments somehow negate your immaturity. I'm suggesting you be a little more understanding of how things like this work. As far as you are concerned well that's something I could care less about so there is no need to take my own advice.

Well, I was not denying the trash talk in the OP, nor trying to justify it. Still, the "follow your advice" tip still goes on. I did not adressed you (or anybody else) in a disrespectful way. You got offended on my "tone" and manifested yourself about it, I just came here and said that it did not need to become an endless fuss because there was not rudeness here in the way you see.

But okay, you got your point of view reading this, I got mine. I will just not fall in to the temptation of addressing the "act like a grown up" matter. There are better things to do in a friday night.

Problem is not fixed...... Game is constantly crashing in battle and occasionally in regular village screen.... Loss of troops, no record of battle

Well, since late yesterday, a couple of hours before Wvolf posted that the devs told him that the issue is fixed, i got no malfunction during my attacks. Sorry to hear that you suffered with it.

Let's keep on postin' whenever the "battle blackhole" bug manifests.

Ripstorm, you probably don't realise that this game crash in battles has been occurring all through the beta phase of this game. I first sent my own report about these crashes in January. Since this time, nothing has changed. Instead the people behind this game have decided to globally release this game without addressing a serious game bug that has existed for months. Players are very frustrated...and they have every reason to be so.

They said the exact same thing in January, during the beta phase of this game. This problem has remained unfixed for four months.

Well here we are in March of 2016 - over a year later and same problem hasn't been fixed - I love this game, I'm supper addicted

But the bugs are almost making it not worth playing - when you spend first world cash on a game then lose everything because if a glitch it's pretty sucky

I almost feel like I deserve to be rembursed for all the times this has happened - maybe sending every player a thousand crowns would be a good start

Even though that doesn't cover even half the amount of I've lost due to your glitches it still would be nice
