server down, medal lost, alliance lost

I got connection problem, so i try to reinstall this game in my galaxy tab s tablet. When i logged back in, i lost around 200 medals (from 800ish to 600ish). I also back in an alliance i made several weeks ago and already left. I try to leave and get back to my current alliance to no avail. I keep automatically join my old alliance. What the hell happened nexon ??

From several of the topic posted after mine, it looks like i'm not the only one with this problem after the server maintenance was done. I wonder how nexon will fix a major bug like this.

Same here ... I lost 300 medals and got switched back to my old alliance. I e-mailed Nexon through the game (in the "settings" menu)
I cannot join my new alliance anymore as there is already an old version of myself (10 levels below).
I'm not touching anything in case they just revert to where I was yesterday night. I don't want to lose more stuff ...

I contact the customer support in game, i told them to get me back in my alliance, and i dont care about my medal. I got back in my alliance now, but that 200 medals are still lost.

Leader kicked me out, and still cannot join because "you cannot make another request at this time" ... WHAAAAT ???!

A player in my alliance had this same issue today. He showed out of alliance, the alliance still showed him in. We also tried the boot and rejoin approach, and he got the same "you cannot request at this time message" then the game went under maintenance again. So he hasn't even had a chance to report it officially yet. We sure are hoping this gets sorted. Poor guy thought he was booted, it was only because we have an outside chat room that we figured out so quickly it was a glitch.
