People who play in lower leagues where 5-staring is completely feasible. I completely agree you guys playing in the top guns league don't have much of the choice other than going with mass raiders. But you should think deeper than your own situation and have a more holistic view.
That's not correct. The top players in dynasty who manage to 5 star my base use heavy tanks, and betrayal on my heavy tanks. The players who come with regular tanks can't 5 star my base.
So to me, heavy cavalry and regular tanks have been useless since they were nerfed. And I used to play only heavy cavalry when it was powerful and wiped out all bases until they nerfed it. I tried to make it work for a while after the rebalance but it wasn't the same anymore.
But with all the nerfs that will happen, e.g. Raiders, we may go back in circles. But for now, tanks don't make a real difference.
And it's not really a matter of low or high medals, just whether that army technique is efficient or not.
