Since the update I gave not been able to craft 3* artifact

I have now crafted 1000 artifacts and I have got 0 3* I used to get at least 4 let day and on 1000 artifact that should have been around 50-70 of them.

1000 is fairly large sample, so you should see close to 50 3*, 70 would be a stretch. But I've noticed similar behavior, while I still do craft 3* occasionally, it's nowhere near 5% chance, more like 1%, 2% at best. TinSoldier something is definitely off.

I am generating 3 star artifacts at the normal rate.

I wouldnt be terribly surprised if there's a hidden modifier after so many 3 star artifacts have been generated. There's no way to prove it either way, even with a massive crowdsourced effort. I have no problem generating 3 star artifacts but seeing as I've only been at it for a few months with several lengthy breaks between I doubt I've even made 100 by now. As with anything RNG related in this game I have the minimum expectations from it, so I'm never disappointed only pleasantly surprised! But I can understand the frustration if/when the odds no longer favor me.

I too experienced the decrease in obtaining 3* artifacts. I went 0 for 200 so I stopped. I’ll craft when the event is over to see if it helps...

I’ve definitely also noticed a severe drop in 3* rates

maybe they reduced the % of 3 star artifacts during the previous event so that SA players did not have such a great advantage of crafting continuously.
It certainly needs to be checked if so many people are claiming that the drop rate of 3 star artifacts has decreased so much

I tested it today. I'm generating 3 star artifacts at normal rates. In fact,I've upgraded that overpriced Enigma machine to +20% Quick Victory Time,+19% Heavy Tank Attack Speed,+20% Enemy Defender Spawn Time with the help of blueprints generated from crafting 3* artifacts and also with the help of the mighty dollar. ;P
