Space age cannot attack Atomic bases anymore

Yeah the pace of production is fine for keeping up with building upgrades. But if I had any regret it would be to have ground out a few more of the big oil uni leaders before going SA. My plan of finishing selasie any time soon is now gone.

Is there an explanation for this change? Don’t really understand handicapping long time players of the game and removing a fun way to play.

On the bright side, my CWA alt found lots of weak Atomic bases that would normally have been under peace treaty from SA attacks

I haven't found a single Korean base in the past 3 days, no joke. At least 70 different bases hit already. Got all my porcelain from Moctezuma capstone bonus.
Not sure if this has to do with the change though, as I'm atomic. If anything, it should give me more free'd up targets that space ages aren't hitting. I think it might just have been due to the 3 day event.

Allow me to disagree with this kind of strategy. When I was Atomic I was forced to defend both CWA and Space Age players. This is highly unfair. As for the pool of players you could easily have a solution by removing that unnecessary XP level pre-requisite for Age Advancement which has raised more problems than it has solved
