This happened in my alliance too. I contacted support and send pic as attachment showing message from Pikachu. The first pic attachment shows message from hacker and the send shows response automated response I got from support. So posting here and hoping one of the good mods sees and does something.

He's hacking everyone's chat, hes been spamming the chat every few hours or so. 3x as Pikachu and now he recently spammed as Quagmire.

How can this even be possible?? Chat is server-side, isn't it? Does this mean they are hacking into the server?

I assume either Apple or Google keep CC details on a infinitely more secure system.

I'll be posting an update on this shortly, but yes, we have zero personal information in game - I can't even see your Game Center or Google Play id. All of that is stored with Google/Apple. We verify you exist with them, store the confirmation, and then all purchases go through their technology and we get a notification.
