The event did not work, .... It still ask me 5,000,000 (no 33% discount) to upgrade a barrack from lvl 7 to lvl 8...

I really appreciate that you guys finally release the special event info before the event starts. Gives me a little more time to plan. This week is just so sweet. After having to sit out various past events, this time I can upgrade 1 barracks + fort and war academy

sometimes, a simple reload of the game does the trick
