The point I was driving toward was that 1. The article is exceptionally well written, as always from the women of dominations. However 2. This is your audience. Nb4 and thus community. Which leads me to why I took an alternative approach. Thank you for the kind words, I do care very much for this community and this game and always try my best to represent them in action and in word. I simply at this point want to maintain dialogue with NEXON and focus on doing some cool stuff while assisting where I can!

Personal opinions that I have about the game will simply make matters worse more so as a company representative. I state facts as much as I can and when I have the information available. One of my duties is to go to bat for the community anytime I get a chance, and I have. Even down to driving certain bug fixes and new features. I read every thread on these forums daily and make sure that the leadership team is keep up to date on player sentiment.

The bugs, glitches, balance, troop AI..all have been surfaced. Some issues take longer to resolve (that's if they can even be reproduced). Things like 'sandbagging' may seem like we're ignoring but that isn't true. BHG has much in store and planned for DomiNations. Just hang in there a bit longer.

Thats actually very nice to hear, thanks for letting us know. One piece of feedback, is that the communication or lack thereof, easily leads to the impression that the community or issues are being ignored. I think this is one area that BHG could really improve on a lot.

I literally just said near the exact same thing to BHG, S_How; they're surprisingly easy to chat with (with a great sense of humor, I might add).

I understand that it's hard to balance a profitable business with gameplay for players, but devs should remember that the biggest complaints always come from players that care the most. And if we complain about pay 2 win that means it's bad :(
