There is that, Andy. But this is a customer service driven business, it's almost always better to be out in droves saying just that: we have x number of tickets in our queue, but we're jamming and here's where you are in the line. You want people on your side, which is impossible to achieve if ya got yourself one strange looking avatar movin' mysteriously about closing threads and thanking you for you non-existent patience. It's theatre of the bizarre time here.
