It speaks volumes when a game company ceases any communication with players. 3 months have passed since the last state of the nation and over a month since the worst update in the games history. There's not even a hint at any future updates.

There is zero response from mods/devs on the ongoing and very serious bugs being reported here.

So what say you Nexon?

why are you even asking thison the board ? you know already the answer : "we cannot give more details yet but we are working on some really cool features that you will appreciate. we still continue to balance the game as we are analysing our data. Cold war is the next era but we cannot announce a firm RTM date at this stage"

something like this...

what kind of change you are looking for?
double space for tactic?
powerful strong hold?
new killer missile silo?

The poor communications and customer service is frustrating. Their taking forever to fix basic bugs like tactic training and war match making is frustrating. However, the game is still fun and many of the changes have made it a better game. This game will be around for quite some time.

it's a bit of a stereotype for a game forum to live in a dystopian gloom; underpants smells like the archetype -- almost bot-like.
however, you guys aren't wrong, and the non-appearance of CWA underlines it.
i suspect their playtesting and balancing are revealing CWA needs more tweaks; we know it's going to be harder as the game gets bigger through the ages.
let's not judge them for no state-of-nations; they may have little to say (or can say) and that's ok....
but i think we'd all be happier with more community-management on their part; there is an ominous silence.
we are whiny children wanting our gamecookies, and expect to be treated as such.

Just look at the lack of communication. Rusty soldier was brought here to improve it. Other than anoucing another useless event he says nothing, must have gotten caught in a rain storm one of you fine folks ought to bring him an oil can!

We are the ones that sign their paychecks and expect a basic level of service that any other developer would provide. Look what happened to EA when the backlash from players on loot boxes forced them to pull the plug on IAPs in Battlefront 2 while the rework it.

Nexon on the other hand has been staunchly silent since the laughable TwitchCon
