Storage Blessing Not Working Occasionally

I have been using Storage Blessing constantly, and to my understanding it refunds a portion of the resources taken by an attacker, though I have observed that it wouldn't be triggered when the amount of resources stolen is small/insignificant.(correct me if I'm wrong)

However in recent weeks, I have encountered at least 3 times(once before the recent update and at least twice after it) when I have been attacked, which have stolen my resources, including 3000+ to 4000+ oil each time, but the Storage Blessing wasn't triggered when it should. I suppose 3000+ to 4000+ oil stolen isn't a small/insignificant amount.

I'm not sure if this is how the Storage Blessing should work, or if it's caused by a bug.

Would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this.

It may be related to how tower/fortification blessing works, or rather is consumed, only after a certain % destruction

That would be nice if someone knows the exact rules of that blessing, i was wondering the same thing.
Also about the fortification and the tower blessings, don't know which are the criterias for the consumption. I thought it was only used in case of defeat, but i have noticed some times it was used also when i was victorious.

yeah, only triggers if enough % destruction occurs. So if someone just drops 5 demo tactics on your oil storage, it's not protected. Pretty stupid system imho. It should be based on % resource stolen, not dmg
