Not that I have encountered this before, but I have heard that some alliances have Council(s) kicking members on non-genuine intentions or by accident. While many established alliances do have an external means of communication, not all alliances have that. This could be detrimental to the alliance as it's extremely difficult for those alliances to search for those "missing members".
I would like to suggest to grant power to Leader, and the member that kicked the other member, to reinstate the member being kicked within 24 hours from kicking provided he/she has not joined another alliance.
