Supply wagon retrain time bug

After loosing a supply wagon together with other troops in battle and chosen retrain, the time is not equal shared between the barracks as it usually is. The automatic feature to share the total training time between the barracks is not working for supply wagon. Approximately 6-8 minutes more time is required in the barrack with the supply wagon.
