Is that per unit. Or distribute between the affected units

It is per unit. Rally your troops to a point and you'll see them all heal for the same amount.

I think your problem is you're incorporating the vanquished army from your previous campaign into your current battle. Just ask Hitler about the Romanians and Italians and Polish and Hungarians, etc, forced to fight for Germany in Operation Barbarossa - then you'll have an understanding of why your troops behave this way. Silly troops.

Oh, peace out but no disrespect meant towards Romanians and Italians and Polish and Hungarians, etc, ..... I wouldn't want to fight for a maniacal dictator who lived in a mountain top home while being afraid of heights either !!

My favorite is when you make the mistake of rallying on the wrong side of a wall and the carts run gambit around the entire base instead of waiting for the troops to blast a hole in the wall.

Tanks, HTs, cavalry and elephants get extra healing. Double or something like that.

Germans don't have that problem much...hehehe

Unless when we rally next to 2 landmines and the next step takes out 3/4 of your troops. Leaving your tanks limping away.

OR... trying to help out your clan mates to get the french events camp - go off to battle simply to use the donated troops so they can give you more...annnd you hit the mercenary tab instead of the clan banner tab beside it.. SIGH massive fail on my part, wasted all those supplies to retrain them

I believe it is triple, but yes. Wasn't really meaning it in that way, just that the healing didn't split up.
