I write a messege to support and he dort write back wtf is that ???? Its not ok. Ich write a support in the forum and what isss no answer why i have really a problem and nobody helps me ????? What is that. I spend money in this game and nobody from the support helps mee ?????

You should have gotten a message about the change; I apologize if you did not. You can submit a new issue in game via the Settings -> Customer Service. You can search the FAQ; if you do not see your issue then you can submit a new one via the upper right hand corner.
