Tactics retrain bug (Tactics refusing to get retrained)

This bug has been around forever and it is simply runing the game for me. Update 5.7 has not fixed it.
After doing a World war and using all my tactics (1 sabo, 1 protect, 2 decoys) I retrain the tactics. EACH TIME, the game will only retrain 5 tactics and refuse to retrain 1 decoy. It is ONLY when I log back in that the training for the last decoy starts and I have to wait 45 more minutes. Meaning if I log back after 12 hours, only 5 of my tactics have been retrained and I have a 45 minutes wait time. Many times it is slowing or costing me crowns to be able to WW.

Sent inept CS a message. Will see if they are aware of it and how can I bypass it.

Reply from CS. Can somebody explain me the 'train last tactics' part? I don't get it....Stupid shit takes 3h to retrain....There is no way to retrain it for its continuation or did they mean WAIT AN EFFING 2H30 AND START THE LAST TACTIC before logging?

This issue of yours which is the training of the last tactic is not continuing when not online is a known one that we and the Development Team is actively sorting out; Worry not for this concern will be submitted to the proper department for checking and investigation, necessary steps will be taken afterwards and resolution will come in due time, however, I cannot provide any specifics regarding on when will this be fix. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. However, what we may advise you with this is to train your last tactics while you are online for its training continuation. I have exactly the same problem. I even sent a message to Tin soldier and NB4 about it yet nothing has been done to fix it. It's been going on for months now. Enough already, fix it.

What they mean is for you to stay online while the tactic is retraining. You might have to miss supper, work, sleeping, etc!

I hope this response is a joke. If not, I am offering my services on how to appropriately handle a customer help line. And yes, I have the same problem and it is very irritating.

The least charitable interpretation is that they make a lot of dough on this bug from people impatient to fight. It's STILL busted after the Aug 2 patch, btw.

I have the same issue, i train 4 barrages, only 3 get trained, has to wait 35min on next login for the 4th one

I started having the same problem as you.
Previously this porblem did not occur.
And my friends from alliance have the same problem.

Have you guys ever think why they should try to fix it when it causes using more crowns (for completing it) by the players??
So it' logical why some bugs become permanently!!
