Iron angel. Can bhg incorporate an hp detection system into their cheat detection. Players are modifying wall and tc hp

Rusdii was the most blatant. But others are modifying tc hp just a little. And some are probably modifying 1 wall peice...maybe... To control where ai tries to break through wall. Which results in crazy ai pathing to attack wall all the way around the base

I moved this over here so it gets attention and not lost in a thread. There's nothing in the attack/defense logs, but maybe there's something sent back from the client that we can log. I'll ask dev tomorrow.

These are pretty hard for us to detect, but if I can collect replays, I can give them to our guy here to review.

I am 100% sure that there are players who do this.

I've seen multiple times that raiders try to break a lvl 7/8 walls, while directly next to it was a lvl 6 wall... that's not logical.

So either, the AI is really really messed up (wouldn't surprise me either), but I see cheats, indeed upped hp points on lvl 6 walls to make them stronger then lvl 7/8 walls and confuses the raiders/ wall miners

Also spike traps seem to have very different impact on troops, sometimes you can loose a whole army, sometimes only a couple of them die...

I guess, the dev team can better invest in blocking all these ways to cheat

I just had a strange one.

Sent two engineers to break a wall straight in front of them as 99% of the time they do, but no, they veer off to attack a wall 4x further away right in front of a cannon tower and promptly died. Sent two more engineers from two squares further away and they went for the same tower - had to rally them onto the TC to get them going the right way.

I think this is what we are talking about, same walls, different hp...
As the cheats show as that anything can be altered, I'm not surprised that there are clever cheaters, that only use hp and dmg alterations .

dumb cheaters, go for maxed walls and triple tc's

Doesn't surprise me either - to cheat successfully at anything means not attracting attention.

To design a successful game means staying one step ahead of cheats - i.e. work out how to cheat/hack your own game then design it so it can't happen or better still becomes a disadvantage.
