I think that you did a very good job during the last year. The rebalancing of buildings, tactics and troops, the introduction of a new tactic and new leaders in the university has made the game much more balanced and more fun. Matchmaking has improved a lot for our alliance, we no longer get these super light or super heavy opponents (700/50 or vice versa). Right now, we are in a very interesting war (+ 330 / -300). Even against the cheaters, there seems to be some progress. I think the game is definitely heading in the right direction.
I still have some suggestions for improvement:
- A slight reduction in construction times, especially in later ages
https://forum.nexonm.com/forum/nexo...eature-requests/654340-reducing-building-time
- new troops for the space age
- a better map editor, more like CoC
- an offensive use for the dock

I've been playing this game for over 2 years and thought I'd give some constructive feedback.

Thanks for the feedback, Wicked! Updating the map editor is something I'd really like to do. The design team has been discussing what that may look like and what edits we'd include. I'm curious, what would be on your list for changes to the editor?

Maybe a map editor that isn’t bugged, and CS telling you to delete the whole base and start a new one - the stupidity

I for one would like to see a war base being copied to your town base

Being able to select everything or select a dragged window of multiple objects and be able to move them would be a huge time saver and is frequently requested...

Map editor suggestions:

Scout View - a view to see how your base will look to an attacker (can’t see traps)
Move All - pickup and move all buildings in one of 4 directions
View Walls - only view the walls in your base (no buildings/traps)

Wow, a positive & constructive feedback thread, that is rare to see these days. :)

I'll agree with all the suggestions of the OP. I've been suggesting map editor improvements all around the forums, it would be such a great incentive to put more time into improving our base layouts if we had a better editor with more features. But most of all, a 'move all' feature is truly required.

I would also move the list of buildings somewhere else instead of taking up 1/3 of the screen on the left side. Perhaps to the bottom. I don't want to be comparing games, especially because I love Dominations, but in this one feature, CoC is light years ahead. Get a decent map editor guys.

I would like to have the buildings sorted by def and economic instead of having to scroll from top to bottom alphabetically. And walls and roads on the top

I also would like to thank the developers for the rebalance and keeping the game fresh.

Re the map editor, I would like layers that can be made visible/invisible, so I could see just walls, roads, traps, economic buildings, defensive buildings, or any combination of layers. And +1 for move all, and +1 for something better than an alphabetical list that takes up a third of the screen.

very interesting point.
1. In my opinion buiilding should be sorted by category in tabs...something like the armory.
2. quote for the move all button
3. I know this is a big wish but I try...attack simulation by the AI during the editing of the map so you can see how effective your defences are. standard units can be set, and then just just click "simulate".
4. copy and paste from multiplayer editor to ww editor
5. fix the bastions issue

Hi Joe,
sugestions
1)Select and move groups of buildings, walls, etc
2)Copy war bases to cities, and city to war bases
3)Select all the same kind of buildings
4)Fix the bastions bugs, and correct visualy when is or not conected to walls

Yes thank you for the good work on making the game more fun and balanced. Space Age, Bastions, factory unit changes, and assault rally new tactic are all very positive changes.
I would suggest that National Trade Good collection is a high pain point and barrier for casual players.
I spend hours just clicking to find a Korean player to take their porcelain. And because attacking high level bases 240+ causes my army to wipe without using war tactics, I have to farm players 40 lv below me to collect NTG in a reasonable time.

Map Editor Suggestions
Grid Lines
Attack Radius of def. buildings, all or by type
Select All buildings/walls one click
Drag All walls and/or buildings selected as one unit
Name our different base designs.
Pick up all farms, mills, traps, etc.
Better Menu so I don't have to scroll for days to place buildings ( maybe different drop down menu across the top with only the one type of building eg.
Wall / gates / bastions / resource building / storage building / wonders / traps / tower / mortar etc. etc.
Send base layout to allies to use as a copy
Copy from War Base to Main ( may require placing buildings before you can use the copied base)
Top down 2-D view not just 3rd person aerial perspective

Rectangle/square wall section generator, eg if I want a 6x6 square ( 4x4 building can be placed inside), a 50x50 or 50x60 rectangle, or 30x straight wall section that I can type the lengthxwidth of number of wall segments and then can move that wall section around to where I want it.

Thanks for your response! I didn't expect that, to be honest.

So my wishlist is:

1 - Move-all feature
2 - Different views, maybe like a table where you can tick every category of building like Walls, Roads, traps, def ...
3 - All not-placed-buildings put at the bottom, like troops in battle
4 - Beeing able to copy a war base to town base

“..a war base being copied to your town base” - implement this elementary function first.

Also, if it's not too expensive from a back end point of view, would it be possible to have a couple more slots for home/war bases? Once you get a couple of different bases to choose from depending on a few situations, that really only gives you one slot to work on a new base with. 5 different slots on home/war base would be perfect I think.

I revise my critical comments of the last week... It is just a little bit harder to find the right combination this time... great work, nice balance for everyone. Thank you

Positive feedback for the devs! We need this fresh breeze more in the community.

Anyways I can't view prices for today's crown sales (Android device). Anyone knows why? I'm connected to Google Play already. Well I want to switch to iOS but the price is always higher 10% (Can you guys make AppStore charge the same price as PlayStore?)

Keep it up devs!
