After 3 days of hope that BHG and Nexon will repair 833 glory disappeared in the vaccum after ProdigalThieves vs We Are Sparta war, we are sitting with no solution and ZERO communication after just short talk on Monday.
Only TinSoldier had balls to actually respond us (ProdigalThieves) in some meaningfull day, which I really appreciate. On the other hand its clear Devs are lazy and he has in orders (or whatever) to do absolutely Nothing in those matters (we heard that our 5 alliances were impacted too at some point and 0 solution). The reason is, they asked for some evidence, then tried to screw us up through weak argument that they are not able to see (thats funny, when they developed the game lol) glory changes during time. So Devs confirmed they saw 833 glory win was listed, but they "cant see" what glory we had before war, so they cant add us the glory. Despite that I personally sent them evidence with screenshots in one picture where glory was clearly displayed before the war end (and was the same as the one after war) they didnt get back to us. No apology, no solution, not even slightest compensation.

The solution is quite easy. We will as a whole alliance, (45 players - those who spent money in last few months) will ask for a money compensation from Google and Apple, becuase thats what we have right for. Company (Nexon) clearly viloated our consumer rights, and mainly Apple is always more than willing to give us our money (which is in Nexon pocket right now) back.
So please be sure to calculate with couple thousands dollars less in your upcoming month balance sheet. Your return purchase rate will hike a bit, but Im sure it doesnt mean to you anything in this quantity.
Depends if the quantity of reurned purchases will not increse over time. Becuase thats where you are heading with your poor customer service, and not providing what people clearly (glory) deserved.

Hahahaha Maxi, you beat me too it! Yes time to take this to the next level. Sure they don't care, as obviously exemplified by the actions and "customer service". Refund time! Thanks for nothing.. truly..

To be clear, the most frustrating part of the entire process is the complete lack of communication on Nexon's part. If for some reason glory can't be restored then fine, but the players need to be informed. Currently, the silence is painfully deafening.

I'd liked to have seen some sort of short response by TinSoldier or another cs rep, as well as some nominal amount of crowns and a few Yumi/EA cards to those that actually participated in the war. Keep in mind this is digital content, and costs Nexon nothing beyond the time it takes a rep to add that to a players account.

As is money talks, so I'll be requesting a refund as well.

The simple fact is Nexon is winding down Dominations. Myself I will stop playing afyer the of my crowns are used....probably before then.

The countless issues in gathering trade goods, silo glitches, complete lack of Nexon responding to game issues here only serve to prove the game is dead.

Sometimes I wonder what is exactly BHG's plan with this game. Do they want to milk as much money as they can and close/sell the whole project? It would certainly seem so, looking at the way they handle all the bugs, cheats, exploits and issues - the most shockingly when they affect their paying customers.

They copy everything from Clash of Clans, for example the not-so-historically-correct missile silo, why cant they copy their spotless customer care and strog focus on community? I imagine that Dominations earns its owners substantial amount of money every month, they should give something back in order to keep the players engaged and ultimatelly to keep the money comming.

No customer wants to be ignored and if they are, they will eventually just go away.

It's ridiculous that they're so afraid to give anything back within the game, it's not like its real currency.
Maybe being a Korean company it has as much to do with ''saving face'' as anything else?
If it is, that's a very stupid way to run a business.

I will add one: hackers max their base in one night from Stone Age, and Nexon take no action against hacker.
Why we spend money in that situation?

the game will only die when people stop paying money to play it,they are not gonna shut down the game if it is making money for them.

Lets wait and see what happens in December, if space age doesn't come out then we can assume the game is in trouble.

Actually, considering that they've said they want to do as many ages as possible (in a past interview, don't have the link to hand), I'd say when they release Space Age that will be the ultimate sign that Nexon are putting Dominations to bed.

Based on previous releases, I would expect Cold War to be released December at the earliest.

I've spoken with TinSoldier and he did investigate this. Seems the conversation was over in Discord via pm. He has the team looking for the issue and what caused it but in this case, we can't restore glory. I know winning a war is hard work and when an error happens, it can be upsetting. I've forward everyone's feedback in this thread to the team to review.
