The demise of dominations

Sorry to be negative but this game is dying. There is no action being taken by the devs to do anything about the problems like bugs and cheaters. Even if there was they don't tell us what they are doing! I feel like there is no point in continuing to play as surely dominations is going to fold up due to a lack of player base.

I agree with you. After a couple of months I'm finding the game play one dimensional and upgrades to things like walls and farms too expensive. I'm a top 30 player, but I find that I am playing this game less and less each day. I'm no longer prepared to spend real money on crown purchases. I'm tired of the repetitive rounds of battles with the same few cheating players. Lots of players in my alliance are keeping their medals low because they can't compete with players using 24/7 online hacks, and game exploits giving a huge amount of game resources through 10 farms, 12 trees, 14 caravans, and extra walls etc. It can't be that hard to check? The accounts of players in the top four alliances would be a good place to start. I have spent money on this game, and am dissapointed that the developers have failed to do anything about the cheaters and game exploiters. These players are getting ahead in this game at the expense of honest players. My alliance leader's account has been completely broken for the past month, and Nexon have done nothing about it despite him sending several reports. Why can't they fix one account in a month? Poor form from the developers. Their inaction is killing this game.

I feel for you Aussie guy. I'm lvl 66 but I know you guys have invested way more than me in this game. It's a shame that the devs are basically encouraging cheating due to their inaction.

I can reassure you that DomiNations is not dying, in fact it is only going to get better. We are cataloging every comment we receive and the team is hard at work on improving the game. We will soon be starting several policies to address scripting, cheaters, and bugs. We want to make sure that players have a great experience and we will work hard until your and our own high expectations are met.

2 years later .... (u get my point ^^) i was just attacked by haki with 29 horses from his alliance, considering it were lvl 2 horses, and 85 crossbows while he has maxed gunners. GG.

Just to add my bit. I was about to invest in a "starter pack" when I read this forum and the issues if cheats. Glad I haven't wasted any cash. I'll wait to hear if the corrupt players have been booted before I open my wallet.

Sjb you won't be the only one. If the cheats are not punished in any way then alot of players will stop spending on this game. I hope the devs are aware of this. The cheaters need to be dealt with in a satisfactory way.

To the admin. Why don't you hire someone to look at metrics. I understand you have a CRM database to log issues but you need to look at outputs. A simple report that extracts your user list and say amount of walls at each level. A report that looks at user and level to amount of troops and level of troops. A report of crowns generated per user per day to money spent on in game purchase. There are easy metrics you could report on. I have built them in business. Your reports could run in background mode and only pull exceptions. Then cross analyze to specific defects. This is something that will assist your hack coding audits when built and support your customers and business. It's not hard.

From their wiki, 120 staff running 9 projects. Roughly about 10 staff per project?

Sigh...people obssess about revenge. They should just remove it. But here we go again. Follow my words adrian

You as a player are logged in and CANT be attacked

When u log off 1 minute later someone attacks u and ur in peace treaty and CANT be attacked

In between those 2 conditions is a 1 minute window where revenge is possible. U also get a minute in between treaties when they expire. So u get 3 minute window all day. 24hrs x 60 minues = 1440 minutes

So u have a 1 in 480 chance of getting a revenge

Just forget about revenge and press the next button

This is literally wrong. it happened a lot of time I have spend the whole day not being attacked. Plus those fashionable raider spams attacks generaly don't provide peace treaty in low leagues where getting 1-2 stars is useless. What you say is pure fiction.
