It seems to be only on town bases? So, buildings under construction dont fire, blessings count, etc. I liked it much more where it could be done on war bases, just some feedback.

Yeah war bases was the most important use of this imo. My guess is that they couldn't fix the bug so fast (the one that swapped people's active war base) so they disabled that part of the feature instead.

Enable copying warbase to townbase and problem solved. Geez. Useless as it is. No way I'm remaking my warbase in my townbase

Yes, to me a very disappointing way for them to 'fix' it.
