Curious to know how many Nexon employees who work on Dominations have tried to complete this event or even the first tier? Most events are extremely hard as Cold Age. Even the Atomic events were rather difficult. Time wasted developing this one for sure.

None. Most of the game's issues stem from there not being a single person there in late ages who plays without a dev build or unlimited crowns.

I've already complained about the percentage of bases that don't give mtg despite getting 5 stars from that base. Having the Monetezuma tree completed and the alliance perk for more trade goods there, it only makes people that much more frustrated that so many bases give nothing but one diamond. Now this event just throws dirt on dirt. It's almost a slap in the face. You can do the calculations on how many exact bases to attack but you have to factor in about 30% not giving anything other than a diamond as that's about how many times an attack gives me sqaut.

Look into my record, I got 3 pt per battle, which means 1000 battles to complete the event.

This is honestly the most ridiculous event in the history of the game. There is no way it can be completed for the later ages. Nexon lacks any kind of sanity checks.

HAHA thats funny and ridiculous. Im Global and my event progression is (12, 84, 204, 336, 660) for an eagle warrior card, 0.55M gold , jaguar warrior card, 1.5M food , 2.75M gold. I assume i'll approach ~ 3 diamond/NTG per battle at most, since i wont always 5 star and wont always get NTG even when i do. So thats like 220 battles in 5 days just at global age. The numbers at CW are preposterous. Its not like its easier to get diamonds/NTG at higher ages, or that you get more per battle. Its probably even the reverse since retrain times are longer. Crazy!!

even if i could pull off 220 battles in 5 days im pretty sure that a reward of 2.75M gold would pale in comparison to the loot piles i would have amassed by then. LOL.

In case anyone wants further comparison between ages:
My CWA account.
354, 1050, 2010, 2734, 3894.
So that's 3894 / 5 days= 778 per day. At 10hrs a day that's 78 items an hour. There's only 60 mins in an hour!

I am Industrial Age and my targets are 6, 54, 126, 210 and 378 So far I’ve successfully attacked 11 times (got 5 stars only 4-5 times) and received 15 diamonds and NTG’s. It’s just 2 more days to go. Looks like James Cook’s ill fate was inevitable and no one could have survived that battle. History repeats itself (through Nexon).

I played enough to get the Jaguar Warrior army. That's enough of that for me.

After 3 days I have collected 188 diamonds/NTGs towards my first stage goal of 384, and ultimate goal of 3,894. If the requirements were reduce to 10% of what they are now, I still wouldn't have completed stage 3. Nexon/BHG, there is still time to save this. Adjust the goals for the ages where it is absurd.

Like others have said, I too am a moderately active player. My play amount usually get me through stage 3-4 of events in global age, and when it is worth it i can push to finish them. So far for this even I have 34 diamonds/NTGs, not even half way to the second stage. Ridiculous event!

Why dont devs peek at historical data or observe for a week to see what typical activity yields for all events. THEN plan the goal milestones. Its not rocket science. The CWA targets for the Cook event are asking players to race to the moon using trains. impossible!
