This absolutely a cheater attacked me with 32 airplanes!!!

An IA player with level 134 attacked me with so many airplanes. I counted that my base shot down 32 airplanes!!!
Although replay showed that he only destroyed 5% of my base, the result showed that he won with 4 stars and got many loots.

Half the guys in that alliance have a lot of extra houses, one guy is upgrading 9 buildings. Hard to believe me on does not have somebody deleting cheaters, I stopped playing because of it

I sent 4 screenshots for the bases I found including this clown. They have removed the extra houses but as usual they haven't stopped all the upgrading of buildings. Whenever I point this out all I get is "we will investigate".
