Well, you're not alone my friend...

This makes us wonder what's going on with Nexon?
We did little research and It seems not Nexon who developed Dominations, but Big Huge Games.


Facts:
  1. "Big Huge Games has 26 employees... Nexon, meanwhile, is becoming the third-party publisher for a number of high-profile mobile game studios...". Source.
  2. Big Huge Game bankrupt in 2012. BHG History.
  3. Then we visit Big Huge Games. You'll see they put job vacancy for troubleshooting and develops this game.They still need:​
    • Senior / Lead Designer
    • Database Engineer
    • Data Analyst
    • Programmer
    • QA Tester
No wonder we have a lot of issues now :confused:

Conclusions:
Big Huge Games still have their "Known Issues".
They looking for people to troubleshoot and develops Dominations.
It seems Dominations far more big and huge, than Big Huge Games.
Don't hope too much for fast responds/fast troubleshooting for now.

Solutions:
We are here not to blame, but to help troubleshooting this issues.
Here some idea to solve that issues:
- Pay freelance professionals.
- Send some Nexon or Nexon M professional teams to help this crisis.
- Send your CV immediately if you meet the requirements :cool:
- We wish we can crowned these professionals and finish this issues immediately :p

What you can do:
The more you do this, the greater chance we will got their attention to this game.
This is the only way we reach them directly and tell them we want solutions and compensations.

It seems they are on vacation.... enjoying all the money we have paid already.... perhaps when ( or if) the money is over they will come back from the Vacation.... :-( Very disappointing....

They finally reset my town level 20 back to level 75 after 10 days of battles that made no sense lost a lot of gold and food could not upgrade only thing I could was library research and clear forest. After the reset they put me back to where I was 10 days ago lost research and clear 2 forest battle are still there with all the loss in a real time game 10 days is a big set back so they gave me 1000 crowns! I can not even do 10 percent of what I did do. There is a bug in replay vs logs and parts of research is missing that I had before the reset. They really have fix it instead making it worst. I have had a bug all of May ! I lov the game at first putting time and money in to it ! Now this 1K crowns so I could be a easy target . They have to work on the idea of fair compensation and fix the battles replay show one thing and the Logs do what ever Thanks for your post . ID 1485553 town Willsburg forum Jhdragon39

I think this could a really good game and will keep playing and see how it goes.

However, no more buying crowns for me until Industrial Age is released and there is more staff communications...

I agree 100% I'm upset, irritated, & disgusted. My 2 daughters, 2 sons, & I all play and have bought crowns only to have my base "swapped" with a lesser base. I want compensated and my progress restored. This is ridiculous but what do they care they already got my time & money! Very disappointed!

Yep totally agree with you!!! If I'd known what I know now, before I started playing this game, I wouldn't have spent anything on this game, or probably even Started playing this game... Badly "Broken game" That should never have been released to the Unwitting Public!!! I f this was any other consumer product you could take it back to the shop and get a Refund, Not as Described by Vendor!!!

Agree with you, this was excellent game and can beat CoC easily...
Too bad they don't have good support...

I like the game, it has potential. Compared to others who've posted, my losses due to bugs have been small - a couple chapters of research in the library (still worth 520k resources though. Took a loong time to save). I've made 2 in-game support requests about it and have received only robot responses and no tracking numbers. Thanks to the post that opened this thread, I think now I know why: no one there to read the mail. I have hope, and will keep playing awhile longer to see if Big Huge Games or Nexon or whomever can get the ship pointed in the right direction. Not spending any money though as long the customer service remains like this. Like I tell my kids, mistakes happen. It's not never being wrong that's the most important, it's what you do about it that counts.

This gane should be the best RTS game.. Too bad they have bad dev and publisher...
