Way too many bugs and cheaters in this game, very unfortunate that paying players like me have to endure such unfair conditions playing this game. Even worst, inquiries to Nexon on all of these issues are no longer being addressed or even acknowledged by them...Very, very bad customer service. The question is, how do I go about getting a refund for such crappy product?
Even the algorithm for earning/losing medals is flawed...I can only get one medal per victory IF I am lucky to even get an opponent while I lose anywhere from 5 to 14 medals per attack lost. Adding insult to injury, when I purchased a three day Peace treaty (cost me 200 crown, thank you) I got attacked a few hours into it losing several medals and resources along the way on top of the crowns spent to purchase it...this has happened on several occasions. I am yet to have my base switched with someone else's but I am certain it is just a matter of time it happens to me too. Oh yes, and I got my name changed along with several other players and this was actually fixed after a few days. I am also getting attacked by the top player who used tanks on me...last time I checked this should not be available as Industrial Age is yet to be released...Again, just a few examples of how bad this has gotten. Too bad since there was a lot of promise on this game. Sorry if I am coming across as negative but after being neglected by Nexon's customer service and watching their lack of action and response to so many issues I am now venting and letting my frustrations do the talking for me. For what is worth, I am not spending another penny on this joke...
