tips for beginners

Ok there is no way you can loot 3 to 4 million combined loot in 1 hour, giving training time of your army no matter what you use. That's just not gonna happen..

Well it could be possible if he is looting a lot of people who are in enlightenment age with maxed farms and gold on road or resources left outside that are easily picked off. But at the stage of a beginner the best troop i have noticed to loot is the horse raider hands down. They go for the resources and thats all you need in the beginning. There is no point of getting medals. If i were in enlightenment stage with good troops i am certain i could loot the same with horse raiders. They go for resources although they take longer to train then solders or archers but this thread is specifically for beginners and at that stage horse raiders are the best in my opinion anyway. Just state your army whatwhat so that everyone can try it. Everyone can try for themselves, some might prefer the horses, some might prefer your army.

So I guess that makes me a lier? Training time has little effect cos I don't lose many troops.

Dud you have no idea. At my level the loot from farms and caravans is small. I loot bases with 2-300k gold in the mill. The trick is if you destroy all the defense buildings you get all your troops back. Plus I raid people that are generally lower than me.

I will always aim for 5 stars. I actually only attack bases that I think I can 5-star without losing more than 3 or so troops, because I can then attack again and again in intervals of less than a minute since I keep all my troops, and it makes up for the lowered rewards. That said, I'm just on the edge of Bronze right now (Iron in 5 hours, went with chinese, which, by the way, I have no regrets about), so I've got pretty low standards for what makes up great loot, but if I take out the garrison before they get any troops out (right now, cats are nothing but a distant dream), I can make multiple attacks without losing any troops at all.

Just to reinforce my point about how useless cavalry Raiders are. Got attacked by this lvl 108(i didn't know you could even get that high) just now. Available loot was 310k gold 300k food. His army was mixed but had 14 can Raiders (max level). He got 4k gold and 1k food.... I laughed so hard.

I guess i can see your point but i can't play the game 24/7 so it works out better for me that i can rest for do stuff during the time the army is training.

What what can you please tell me your army so i can use to try and loot and see if it is effective.
I currently have 38 spots and i will be upgrading both my barracks soon to level 4 so i will have more space if need be.
What is your army that you are using to loot millions in an hour

With only 38 it's a while, I'm higher also. also depends on your nation, but as a rule if you're attacking players around your level then go for 25% archers, and 75% legion. If that works it's cheap to re-build. If not, then you could add wall miners and knights to give you strength?
