Top alliances taking a stand against cheating alliances.

Dear DomiNations representatives and community,

Recently, if you've reviewed the Alliance Leaderboard, you may have noticed that the top alliances are speaking out against cheating alliances (see attached). Cheaters negatively influence game balance, particularly as it relates to Alliance Wars. The rumored Replay feature in War will help to identify cheaters, and is a good step forward.

We hope that Nexon/BHG will ban cheaters and prevent them from continuing to participate in the game. As they're identified, reported, and vetted -- if it's determined that they're cheating -- please remove them from the game.

The game is much more fun, and the Leaderboard/War standings more representative, when everyone is operating from a level playing field.

Also all the players who already have level 11 or more walls and max level generals should post they payment receipt or google play or game center achievement. If not this petition only will be like thieve shout thieve.

Though I do have a question. Would it be easier for you to find these people if they are left in the alliance ?

No one wants them. Well no honest players that is, but if they keep moving around I can imagine that it could take longer to find them.

Thanks Ironangel, its good to know that you are working on this and responding to players' concerns. I imagine its tricky to confirm some hackers (max walls but no payment) and noticed that there are a lot less of the blatantly hacked bases in multiplayer battles.

Hey bro, calm down! You always accusing us from being cheaters, the cheaters were already banned, most of us have upgraded our bases legally.

In my case, I've being playing this game for more than a year and the only time I have "cheated" was when, before IA release, there was a glitch ingame that causes most of the players to have negative crowns. When this was solved, for like 2 hours some of us got like 1M crowns and I used it to upgrade my walls and some defenses so I went from 120 to 128. It was nexon fault but still im so sorry for my behaviour and I apologize for that :/


Oh, one last thing, everyone's being attacked by a ton of hackers, getting smashed in WW and we just report tu nexon, but just once we don't keep cryin' over and over again so everyone knows about it. The only ones who need to know is nexon team. So, please STOP BLAMING US, so with that being said,

Jagel's (your co-leader) cheating is though from a few days ago. He has looted enormous amount of oil from me (12k) when only 2.5k was available (I had some 40+k in my refinery). Not talking about the other resources, which I don't care really (altough getting 800k food in one attack might be for some interesting)

When it come to banning cheaters in this game you have my support.

Keep in mind this is not a new problem. Cheaters have been a serious issue in this game for a very long time, and inspite of what Nexon or there flunkies say, up to this point nothing of substance has been done to remove cheaters. Instead Nexon decided to ignored the problem which is the reason it has spread out of control like it is today.

I'm glad see others getting seriously involved in the ongoing cheater issue.

Don't listen to what Nexon or others say regarding what they are doing to stop cheaters. Unfortunately history has proven that we can not trust what Nexon says and since they refuse to post a list of banned cheaters (because they don't actually ban cheaters) the only way to know for sure is to track the cheaters yourself and see if Nexon actually dose anything.

BTW, this approach has been tried in the past but Nexon ignored it. Let's see if this forum can muster up enough pressure this time to actually see some real results, and I don't mean just banning a 1/2 a dozen cheaters, although that would be a good start.

So I'm here to take a stance and demand that Nexon finally do something of substance to ban all current cheaters and to invest some money and energy on security measures to prevent new cheaters from entering the game.

A computer science student in high school could write a simple script to identify all the cheaters. Don't rely on us reporting them! Be proactive and find them first. It's not difficult at all to query your extensive database that I know you have, and identify cheaters.

Query all players with max level walls and max generals. Check if they have looted the required amount of resources to get them legitimately (within a factor of 2). If not, query crowns granted from purchases. If that doesn't add up, it's a cheater! Pretty simple. As you may know, most cheaters got their crowns by making animals give thousands of crowns for clearing. It can't be hard to identify these actions. Then delete their accounts!

Nexon Customer Service only replies with canned responses. You are right, they are not banning cheaters, despite what they say in their responses. Nexon CS does not even appear to read CS Tickets. Always the same reply: "we will investigate". And after weeks of "investigating" nothing is done. And cheaters continue to grow and multiply.
