Total Oil Cost to upgrade all oil based items

Seasons/Ladder, and wars are what end game big spenders should be focused on. EXCEPT they dont have seasons/ladder.

I dont see this game lasting as long as coc, so that means no player starting today will ever be able to max out an AA base without spending thousands of real dollars buying crowns and all of their "sales" that finish research and buildings once purchased.

Ok yes time/workers is the #1 resource, but those cannot be acquired through normal play.

You can still buy crowns to get time back, which I think is Nexon's intent.

A general is basically a crappier version of heavy tank (they have no splash damage, do less DPS and die to HT in 1v1 combat, but serve similar purpose otherwise). They only thing they have going for them is that they don't need 24 population to train.
