    Two fixes are going out soon. One addressing the loss of Crowns and the 2nd Drone Command slot, the other addressing players in Asian territories unable to log into the game. Occasionally I see "trade available" appear over my buildings. Any idea what this means or what to do?

simply that you have enough of whatever is required to 'trade' for gold, food, blessings or whatever. You do not have to do anything as it is only a reminder.
