Tradeable artifacts, maybe?

Not sure if this was already proposed, couldn't find anything so here goes:

The idea would be to allow alliance members to trade artifacts with one another, maybe through the alliance gate (i say alliance gate simply because it seems logical but if it can't be done through there or you have a better idea go for it) by adding a new section called "artifacts storage" or something like that; alliance members could take the artifact they need that other members placed there. There would be limitations of course: No legendary artifacts (that's how you guys make money so even suggesting is dumb), artifacts can have a max of 3 stars (after all, if that's the best we can craft, it should be the best we could trade), each line of the artifact needs to be lvl 1 (no maxed out artifacts to avoid abuse of the system by people with multiple accounts or straight up jerks). The storage capacity in the alliance gate could be increased through the parliament by addind a new law that increases the storage capacity (i'll let you guys decide the max amount). This could help new players and lower ages players get a better start by taking artifacts that higher lvl players craft but don't need even though they're useful because they already have those same kinds; and by making it so players still have to lvl them up themselves it wouldn't create a situation where people get lazy because they can be spoon fed super duper artifacts and could also get a better idea of what stats/bonus are particularly useful both for war and main hall.

I was halfway through reading and was about to reply with something along these lines - good thing I read all the way through. 😄
There'll always be players wanting an easy leg up but interesting idea.
