Transfer Account from old device to new device (2x Android)

Hi,

I have a new device and tried to follow the steps mentioned in the faq.

Situation:
On old device I was connected to Google Play.
On new device I played the tutorial and waited for the message to transfer my account. Well, it did not appear.

So I connected new device to Google Play as well.
Now on the old device each time I connect to Google Play Dominations asks me, if I would like to load the Stone Age account ... "nice".
Of course I want it the other way round, but I did not find a way to transfer my IA-account to new device.

Does anybody have an idea, how to transfer the existing account to the new device?

Update, I was able to transfer the Dominations Account with a new Google Account. It seems something was broken in my normal Google Account ...
