Troop donations broken.

Recently upgraded my alliance gate to level three. Both my flatmate and I did. It's now broken. Instead of allowing us to send nine troops it would stop accepting them after six. Then the next request would only allow sending/receiving three troops. After that, nothing. We can send requests but the requests never arrive in the other's chat window and we both still have 6/9 stuck in the chat window from days ago.

An individual player can only donate a maximum of 6 troops (not troop population) to any one person. If you send a cavalry (which is worth 6 troop population) and 3 warriors it will let you fill the requested 9 on your own.

Well, had we known that we wouldn't have bothered upgrading the gate. And that doesn't alter the fact that we cant't donate anything anymore because it's glitched with 6/9 frozen in the chat window.

Spend those 6 troops and you'll be able to donate 3 more. That, or invite more people to your alliance.

Frozen means frozen. It is non-responsive. It does not disappear and cannot be interacted with.

troop donations has always been messed up, and if you don't get the full amount of troops donated when you request, the next few request will always be for less troops than your max capacity.

I appreciate that. It's rather obvious. What's disappointing is that no one from the developer has commented to acknowledge/address this issue. And a week later I still have blessings that won't fade. This game gets worse by the day with bugs and glitches that aren't addressed. The game was more stable months ago than it is now and it's been around long enough to fix what should be simple issues.
