Two honest players in my alliance got hacked today

Two honest players in Lebanon Dynasty got hacked today.

First one can't log in anymore. We checked his village and his troops got upgraded to industrial age.
Second one even worse: got hacked, troops upgraded to industrial age, ID and username changed to "cheater".

We know these guys, they are honest, never did anything illegal and always spoke up against cheating in our alliance.
They contacted nexon customer service but again no answer.
So much for honest players. They both asked for a refund from their stores and are quitting the game soon.

I don't know if this is a bug or some hackers messing with member's accounts but this needs to be fix soon.

My troops got hacked too. All industrial age except cannon and sapper.

Fun fact my blacksmith is currently upgrading to level 7 and still somehow they upgraded my Units today. What to do now?


I already reported the issue to Nexon.

Seems like top players are getting hacked to Industrial Age... While lower league players such as myself and others got reset medals and can't join or create alliance. The swapping villages still happening... So much things needed to be fix!

I have another topic listed here as of yesterday that the game will start up for me anymore for me. After seeing your thread, I had my brother who is in my alliance check my map and the map looks fine except for there are tanks in my Barracks. Looks like this issue is more prevalent. It would be fantastic if we could just get someone from Nexon to simply acknowledge and say they will look into it. Again, "A little communication goes a long way"
