Unable to start the game on Android and IOS

Hi me and 6 other members of my alliance contacted me as nobody not even myself can open the game anymore since around 2 hours ago.
Is there some problem with the servers?
Its affecting both Iphone and Android from what I've getting reports.

Anyone else having this problem?

Thank you for your patience! You should be able to log back into the game now that our localization update is complete.
