Under sttack, being scouted

Hi everyone
can some one please explain why I keep getting this annoying notice when ever I try and login? its getting so bad I simply give up and do something else. when I finally get back in Im never attacked at all. Its messing up the game big time

it's because you have no peace time active (during which you cannot be attacked or scouted). Having no peace time basically means that enemy players can scout and or attack your base. because you are locked out of your base when they do that, you need to wait for them to finish scouting before you can get into the game. Just be glad you haven't been attacked when you were logged out of the game without peace time.

I do concede that Nexon can do this better a la Clash of Clans where this was a bit more elegantly done.
