University Alliance Speedup-Bugs

Hello,

My alliance and I ran into some problems when using the alliance speedups for university:

• The request doesn't appear in the ingame chat at all, have to wait for another half day to try again
• When responding to a request, an error is returned and the request is removed from the chat, even though I was the first to respond, my alliance member has to wait for another half day for another try
• It appears that this error is appearing less frequently when the player stays online, may take a lot of time until all request-tries are performed.

It took my alliance and I quite some effort to bring it to lvl 10 and then this feature isn't working properly which is quite a pain in the ***. When reaching out to the support I get a link to an BugList that is older than 6months and it's latest release is 7.1, when we are now at 9.1. Is anybody else having this kind of trouble with these speedups?

Our Alliance has completed level 10 of the "University Alliance Speedup" task in the Parliament - this took many months of concerted donations,
Upon completion we we were expecting to get 2.5 hours of speedups every 12 hours - however due to a bug this is NOT happening.

After I submit a request for 5x30 minute donations in the chat window for the "University Alliance Speedup" - sometimes it disappears immediately, sometimes after one of my fellow alliance member makes a donation (30 minute speedup) - the request disappears.

So instead of getting 2.5 hours per 12 hour window, I am lucky to get 30 minutes. I have tracked this over a period of 6 days now and there is definitely a bug there.
Can someone please address this? it is very frustrating to spend months to complete a level 10 law in the parliament and having this problem.

I've experienced this also. It appears when I log out and someone responds to your request while you are offline. I've also determined that it seems to affect Android more than iPhone. If you want your speed-up request to go through, you can just stay at your basevand keep chat open until all 5 of your assists are used up. Very annoying bug for sure
