University bugged with gold upgrades

So I tried to contact CS in game about this, but I don't think they understood what I meant.

I have several of the new Hiawatha researches
done, including the ones that give a time reduction to food costing researches. But now when I start say a 5 hour research or even a 2 day research, both that cost gold, the time cost is as it says. When I log back in, the time has been reduced by quite a bit. Like last night I started a 5 hour research for Hiawatha and when I logged back in it was down to 3 hours and 40 minutes right away.

like I said I contacted CS in game, but this is the response I got:

"Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us, this is Game Master JM. Regarding your inquiry on Chief Hiawatha, the Food Skill Research Time will only reduce the research time for University Skills with a food cost. I hope this answers your inquiry. If ever you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

So I don't think they read what I wrote...

Funny, i thoght this was the case as well, but those times I tried putting on a stop watch to check if it went faster then it's supposed to, it turned out correct as it's supposed to, so I just concluded that I'm a bad time keeper. But I did get a distinct feeling that the Hiawatha research skipped some time.

I don't know what Buckman is talking about, my University is finally working as intended

I notice the same bug but I didn't want to share it because it's not bad for the players, we can advance more quikly

I've stopped telling Nexon about bugs like these as 9 times out of 10 I get some generic pre-bottled response where the person didn't even fully read my responses. but yes mine is doing this as well.
