*Update* World War Matchmaking Wait Times

Hi!

As the community has discussed in several places, we have been experiencing some long wait times in each category for World Wars.

Earlier today, we began making matches by hand for Alliances that have been in queue for a long period of time. To those of you who helped to call out some stuck Alliances - thank you!

The current fix that is needed will take a few days to test & implement, so over the weekend will will be checking in periodically and crafting more World War match-ups. The best thing to do is to keep your Alliance in the queue so we can see you and match you up. We'd hate to miss you while you were briefly changing your war size or participants!

Very interesting - yours is odd too. Ours is +6/-73. I haven't seen numbers like that in any war.

But I'm happy to have war!

That's not standard glory breakdown. It seems like you guys are just assigning these amounts to the wars that are matching through your manual system.
If this is the case please check...that's not going to be exciting to play for in heavy lvl wars. The win is rubbish and the loss is not bad. It should definitely be at least a couple hundred glory for each side to fight for.

Now, we encounter a new issue, we fight hard and win, but it only give us 43 glory, it normally should be 430 for an opponent in top 50

Well, after 11 days in which we were unable to get matched, everyone was so happy on Friday when we finally got a match, that no one didn't even care about GP at stake, which didn't make sense at all ....
Anyway the excitement was back.....until war was over....
Really disappointing when we started searching and back to reality, we started searching, and waiting, and waiting, and......
TinSoldier we were promised there would be and announcement regarding War Matching by the end of the week, but that didn't happen, and the issue as you can see still persist.
Right now we have been searching for about 18 hours...
The question is will we need to get manually matched every time we start searching till you find a fix??

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but after our first manual match was over, we haven't found a match after 24 hours....

I I was so excited to see the Beta Test of watching WW replays. And the one time I got to see it, it was very cool. But the significant delay in getting matches (and the fact that we got manually matched to someone we didn't stand a chance against), had really taken a lot of the fun away from this Beta Test. I hope you find a way to fix the war matchups soon and keep the WW replays. Our alliance has lost some of its best players because of their frustration with this.

Could you please explain to us in detail how war matching works and what is the reason why we are not matching? Does relaunching the search affect matching and if it does how does it affect it?
