*URGENT* SECURITY ISSUE - "Existing Account" not mine.

That's not my village !

I was playing this morning fine and then for about half an hour I was trying to attack and it kept telling me there was no one available to attack... I closed the game and when it reloaded I had some one else's village. I was level 51 with lots of resources. And now I'm level 31 with nothing. I contacted support in game over 4 hours ago and had no response yet.

I've had nearly the same issue. For me, a notification has shown up 4 or 5 times asking me if another account is mine...saying that my Google Account has been connected to the other account. The 1st time I dismissed it. The 2nd time I accepted it. When I logged in as the other person it changed my base to theirs, but they were not connected to Google, so I exited without disturbing their base. I have since been prompted 2 or 3 more times but haven't been able to get a screenshot of the notification so I can report it.

VeryWetDog, I'm guessing you may have accidentally confirmed the other base. Since this has happened with me daily, I'm also guessing it is a common issue.

I didn't confirm anything or get any kind of warning.. I simply closed the game on my iPad, opened it again and it was all change! No warning no errors, nothing. Just some ones else's village... Hope they can fix it I've lost loads.

Look at you defence replays to get a picture of your base before it changed

Daily, from the day I started playing DomiNations, I have been receiving the attached notification. The 1st time, I thought it was odd, but dismissed it (clicked "No"), because I had never played the game before. Then it came up a 2nd time and got curious, so I clicked Yes to make sure my account wasn't connected to this other guy's account. It wasn't, so I closed out and left it alone. But it has continued daily since then and I'm very concerned that others may be running into this same issue.

Not that I don't trust others who play this game, but well, to be honest, I DON'T. And I'm afraid some time someone else will be connected to my account and they won't be as nice to me. This is a very serious issue. If I had actually connected to this guy's GOOGLEPLAY account, I may have had access to his credit cards and other personal information.

PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!

Have others come across this?? Post to let Nexom M know. The more of an issue it is, the faster they will (hopefully) fix it.

This game is rife with hackers and cheaters - so much so that only newcomers to the game still get surprised - this game is no longer dominations, its hack---nation! Dont hold you breath waiting for support or a mod to answer, you will turn blue!

I hear ya. Been reading some of your other posts and I'm starting to see it. Would love to see the game turn around, but until they do something about the hackers and cheaters it will never get any better.

Do us a favor though and don't give up completely. Solid people at your level are what this game needs in order to keep moving forward. If you give in to the hackers and cheaters, then they win.

I'm gonna play until the fun is taken out of the game, for me. Been playing Clash of Clans for over a year and I'm still hooked on that.

Hi Leaders! The only way this problem can happen is if someone else (a family member, etc) is sharing the same Google Play account. Please verify the Google Play account your device is logged in to; then verify that it is not an account shared with other devices. If this is not the case, you should secure your Google Play account (change the password, enable 2 factor authentication, etc.) to prevent anyone else from logging into your account.

I understand what you're saying DomiNationsVigiles, I assure you that nobody else is using my account. This happened within hours of me starting a new player account in DomiNations and I had never played before. Additionally, I have verified all devices in my Google Account and none of them are affiliated with this "perix" player with whom I'm being confused with. Or should I say that ALL of them are associated with devices under my control and ONLY my control.

I have extensive knowledge of software development and databases, especially the MySQL database with which I'm guessing your developers are using. It might behoove them to take a look at the GooglePlay accounts associated with any two given players to ensure the same GooglePlay account is not showing up more than once. Furthermore, they could be running into this problem if the "GooglePlay ID" field (or whatever it is named) is not set to UNIQUE.

DomiNationsVigiles, let me also point out that nobody tried logging into my account. When another device is trying to connect while you're on, you get an entirely different message...one that says "Too Many Devices! Another Device is connecting to this account. You've been disconnected."

If you'll look at the image I originally provided, it clearly states that "We found an existing game for this GOOGLEPLAY account!" which tells me that Nexom somehow think my GOOGLEPLAY ID is the same as someone else's. But as I stated above, I have verified all devices I use and they are all under my physical control. Nobody else has access to them.

I can also confirm no one else has access to my iPad or iPhone or Game Center log on!!! And I'm still waiting for a fix or reply. ?

i had this problem to. fresh install never play before, first play i got account with level 46.

That was my issue too. Fresh install and DomiNations tried connecting me to someone else's GOOGLEPLAY account.

It just happened to me again today. I tried to get a screenshot, but this LG Tablet I have sucks at getting screenshots.
