Vault interest museum perk

Anyone know how the vault interest works the artefact has to be active when depositing or withdrawing the resources? Or it have to stay there the entire 24 hours?

Just has to be active when withdrawing. Easy to test - check the vault (when you can withdraw from it) without the artifact on display. Then activate the artifact and note the change in amount to withdraw.

Put it up when withdrawing, I went from 12K to almost 15K with this Artifact. 19% more.

What stark said. Swap in the artifact before withdrawing. I'm getting an extra 30% now. It's about 4000 oil.

I currently have two that I switch between, one for interest (6%) and the second for capacity (11%). It is a nice combo but I have yet to bump their stats because I'm concentrating on the 'Oil Looted' jewelry right now!

Furthermore I have since gained an artifact with 11% interest and 6% capacity but I have yet to unlock level two. Right now I am contemplating what to best do with what scarce supplies I have.
