Allow partial deposits, and partial withdrawals, just like in a real bank vault.

So I had 400K (max) food sitting in my vault and I was raiding to get the 7M needed to upgrade my cannons to artillery. At the end of a raid, which inconveniently coincided with the end of my training blessing, I might add, I ended up with 6.7M. I'm thinking to myself "no biggie, I'll just take my vault storage". But, lo and behold, the vault will not let you withdraw 300K needed. I'm thinking to myself again, "no biggie, I'll just lose the extra 100K to the game, since I want to really go do something else". But, alas, 400K food will go over my storage capacity of 7,012,000. So I couldn't withdraw anything. That sucked, and is a flaw in design more than anything. Please allow partial deposits and withdrawals, or at least in smaller denominations, or at least allow the extra to be lapsed much like the when you raid more than storage capacity.

Also, allow the excess to be lapsed when opening shipments near capacity.

Yup, not being able to withdraw anything if it takes you over your limit is wrong.

I agree with the idea, but here a a couple of workarounds:

1) Dismiss army or tactics in your troop bar and retrain them, lowering your food.
2) If you have some spare workers, start a upgrade (such as a farm or caravan), wait at least 60 seconds, then cancel it. You will lose 50% of the upgrade cost, but should lower your storage enough were the vault can be claimed.

1-can be useful in case of food.
2-usless as if building cost 1.8m he will lost 9m in this process to reclaim a 400k from bank.
