Victory chest bug with spoils of war upgrade

There is a bug with the victory chest when completing the final spoils of war upgrade in the library. I had 14/15 stars for the victory chest when I completed the final spoils of war upgrade which reduces the number of stars needed from 15 to 12. Afterwards it showed 12/12 stars and flashed that I should have loot, but the victory chest loot window was blank. This was true across devices and reboots. After my next battle it won’t even open the victory chest window, just spinner cursor and then nothing. Very frustrating. It doesn’t look like the code wanted more stars than were possible and got confused when the required number of stars was decreased by spoils of war.

The team can certainly look into this!
Can you also reach out to Customer Service, Kracken? They should be able to reset your Victory Chest.
