Video Ad Rewards

Video ads have stopped paying rewards since yesterday. This has happened on both of my accounts. Anybody having issues?

It's been 24 hours and I yet to still receive rewards from watching ads from yesterday.

Ever since I put both accounts on the same device I’ll get one account that gets the rewards right away and the other gets nothing unless I wait a few hours before watching

geico ads give me nothing but others pay out like normal

Yes this is how Im setup. Are you saying my main needs to stay logged in for a few hours before i watch ads?

No. After watching them all on one account just don’t watch them right away on the other. I wait a few hours just to be safe, you don’t have to stay logged on the whole time. Now I’ve got them so they don’t show up tell a few hours after my first account shows up

When they make me watch the same Vegas slot game ad 3 or 4 times in a row i want a better reward! Otherwise it works fine. I have learned that if rewards are delayed or don’t show up I shut down the game and restart it, it fixes any issues I may have had or thought I had.

k it works now. if the player id in the settings tab doesnt match the account you log into you have to exit and log back in for game to sync it right. the video ads pay out correctly thenas do free offers.

CS reimbursed my main 35 crowns for 2 days of lost rewards
